Chihkan Tower (赤崁樓)
The Dutch built Chihkan Tower (Fort Provintia) for defense in 1653. There are also Wenchang Pavilion, the Sea God Temple , Ponghu Academy, and Bixi monument whose appearance assembles the tortoise.
